The new Audemars Piguet Logo is made of 24K rose gold using electroplating generation technology (a chemical process similar to 3D printing). Each letter is only connected by a thin line about the thickness of a hair, set on the dial by hand, and fixed with tiny prongs that are barely visible to the naked eye. This long logo is located at 12 o’clock on the dial, and the “AP” abbreviation no longer appears, making it more visually streamlined.
