Breitling has launched a new Avenger B01 Chronograph. The new watch features a stainless steel and 18K red gold case with a slate grey dial. It is limited to 250 pieces and is exclusively available in the boutique.
The new watch has a diameter of 45.0 mm and a thickness of 15.7 mm. The case is brushed and it is equipped with a double-sided anti-reflective sapphire crystal, a two-way ratcheting rotating bezel and a see-through case back, and a crown with guards and double seals. With 300 meters of excellent waterproof performance. The bezel, crown and chronograph pushers are dimpled and large enough to be easily manipulated even when wearing gloves.
The dial is slate grey, decorated with 18K red gold-plated hands and the classic “wings” logo. The black sub-dial at 3, 6 and 9 o’clock is used for 30-minute timekeeping, 12-hour timekeeping and small seconds respectively, and there is also a date window at 6 o’clock. The hour-minute and chronograph-second hands, as well as the Arabic numerals, are coated with white SuperLuminova, which ensures excellent reading even in dark environments.
This watch is equipped with Breitling’s self-made 01-type self-winding mechanical movement, which contains 47 jewel bearings, and has a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), a timing accuracy of up to 1/4 second, and can provide up to 70 hours. Power reserve and certified by the Official Swiss Observatory (COSC).
